Join Chef Connor Flynn, one of Canada’s few Master Food Preservers, for an in-depth exploration into all things canning.

Join us for an intensive SINGLE- DAY workshop exploring both high-acid canning (water bath canning/atmospheric steam canning) and low-acid canning (pressure canning). Experience a mix of classroom learning and practical hands-on sessions to boost your knowledge and expertise. Don't fret about preserving your favorite produce anymore; after mastering the theory and techniques of canning, you'll be confident in canning any item you desire.
